Nutcracker Trail Race 2 - 2018

Andrew Miller took to the trails north of Glenrothes last weekend for the Nutcracker Trail Race. The 9km race route takes in the woodland paths and trails in and around Coul Den Nature Reserve and Formonthills Community Woodland.

Unfortunately not a nut to be found, however, Andy managed to outrun quite a few Psycho Squirrels a.k.a Falkland Trail Runners ;) and placed 21st out of 78 overall with a time of 43:57. Andy reported that he was pretty happy with his time considering he had been tucked up in his bed ill the couple of days beforehand and felt quite sick by the end of the race!
