Remember and register for the Perth Parkrun, it's free and fun 5k that we'll be using as a benchmark run on the first Saturday of every month, come along and give it a go!! Weekly results can also be found on our here.

 Perth Triathlon Club is an affiliated club of Triathlon Scotland. The club ethos is very much on training with likeminded people, to enjoy and develop your love of triathlon.  Whether you're an absolute novice looking for a challenge, or an Ironman veteran looking to improve their PB, we welcome all abilities.

Training at the moment takes place every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. 

During the warmer months we also have access to Loch Ore for open water swimming and we’re hoping that in the not too distant future we’ll have some run training on the go as well.

A typical week's training would at the moment is:

  • Monday:  Coached swimming, 4 lanes (25m pool) 8-9pm
  • Tuesday: Run sessions (every second Tuesday)
  • Wednesday: Coached swimming, 4 lanes (25m pool) 8-9pm
  • Thursday: Coach Led Track Racing in Dundee (see news item)/Turbo sessions (winter months)
  • Sunday: Group bike ride

As well as the ‘club sessions’, members often hook up and organise further training amongst themselves... there will always be someone to push you harder!
