These sessions are coached and you must be able to swim 50m with your head in the water, breathing to the side to attend. If you’re coming along for the first time, please speak to the coaches before getting changed.
Mondays: Session 1 - 8pm to 8.45pm, Session 2 - 8.45pm to 9.30pm
Wednesdays: 8pm to 9pm
Session 1 - Critical Swim Speed of 2:00mins/100m and above
Session 2 - Critical Swim Speed of 1:59mins/100m and below (more experienced swimmers)
We also go to Lochore Meadows Country Park during May to September for open water swim practice, Wednesdays at 6pm to 7.30pm.
